I've been a bit behind in posting lately but I have been a bit busy. In a few short days I will be setting sail for Cozumel and Belize! Is it any surprise that I have yet to pack a single piece of clothing? I think not. We leave on Saturday, return on Thursday, followed by a day of rest from my vacation, and finally moving all my stuff into my new apartment with my wonderful boyfriend! I've also been endlessly applying for jobs, trying to sort through my stuff to get ready for the move, working part time at my dreadful retail job, and working on a new way to bring in money, namely, my new etsy store.
"But Kat," you say, "Your store has an open date of February 2012!" Well yes...yes it does. Last year I thought about trying to sell my art online but at this point I still had a full time job and I was so excited to open it that I threw together a less than wonderful piece, threw it online, and then sadly watched no one buy it. This year though, this year I have bought quality paper, quality archival ink, and I have a new mindset about the whole new thing.
